june unpacked
June is almost over and because of the weather in Tallinn I cannot feel like we are in the summer season, it has been mainly rainy. I hope for a more sunny days ahead.
where is ilayda?
This month felt really chill with travels. I stayed in Tallinn and went to Pirita Beach quite often! I really enjoy there and cycling to the beach and watching the sunset at around 22:30 at the beach feels like a huge privilege that I have been enjoying a lot.
what i thrifted?
After getting some good news one day, I decided to throw myself at Humana Vintage in the entrance of the Old Town to celebrate these goods news and I got back home with this blue/green skirt with pink seahorses on it. The best part is it has shorts in it so it’s a skort!
what i made?
Since I got myself a secondhand printer with scanner I have been playing with it and scanning my journals. And I must say I have been enjoying it A LOT. Also I made victorian style letter for the person I am loosely dating with. Technically I made it on 31st of May but I gave it to them later and I scanned it later too so it makes into this unpacking :)

a song
This month’s obsession is linked, nothing more to say about this :)
a movie
With the person that I watched The Substance on our first date I watched The Surfer on another date. He is choosing the films, and definitely has a strange taste for date movies…
miscellaneous
I am obsessed with two purchases this month:
secondhand printer with scanner
vagabond mary janes
a quote from my journal

I wonder if it's because I always tie my happiness to future goals that happiness feels more like a goal to be chased rather than a feeling to be experienced in the present?
I am writing this at a very late hour right before publishing. I will be honest with you I totally forgot about this week’s newsletter and I didn’t want to let it go since I have been doing this pretty consistently (for my standards at least). I hope you enjoy june unpacked. I know only a handful of people are subscribed and only a portion of them actually read but for those who do read, especially this far: Thank you, it means the world for me 💖
If you enjoyed this, feel free to like, comment, and share!
